Can anybody out there hear me?
'Cause I can't seem to hear myself
Can anybody out there see me?
'Cause I can't seem to see myself...
There's gotta be a heaven somewhere
Can you save me from this hell?
Can anybody out there feel me?
'Cause I can't seem to feel myself
- Losing my Way , Justin Timberlake
I was listening to this song today and realized how often I have felt this way in life. Not that anyone doesn't listen to me, but rather they don't understand me. I often find myself censoring my thoughts so that I don't hurt feelings or actually now that i think about it, I do it so I won't feel bad. This is quite a change from the person I was. I was one that would put in the knife AND twist it. I realized though that even when I think no one is listening, God is listening. He hears me- even when I can't hear myself. He understands me, even when I confuse myself. He encourages me, when I can't seem to encourage myself. He sees me, even when I want to hide from myself. I had another post I started yesterday for you guys, but it's long and it's not done. I will try to get it out there before the end of the week, but bare with me, I have obligations at church for Women's Day this Sunday and I have to work.
